But Harris has successfully negotiated the industry as an independent designer for seven years and counting because of her attention to marketing, detail, and design, to name just a few things. In 2012, Milan launched her company, Milano Di Rouge.
When one of her out-of-state clients, a hair stylist at the time, suggested starting a blog so she could continue to receive Milan’s invaluable dating, fashion, and motivational advice, she decided to do so.
