Prevea Health is a physician-owned healthcare organization offering primary and specialized healthcare in more than 40 locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin and Western Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley region. Prevent also partners with six hospitals: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St.

With the addition of HSHS and Prevea Health, Integrated Health Network has grown to include 42 hospitals, 500 clinics, and more than 5,000 physicians spanning northern, western, central, and eastern Wisconsin.

Hospital Sisters Health System and Prevea Health in Wisconsin have finalized a previously announced agreement to join the Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, a clinically integrated network of major healthcare systems, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Prevea Health is a medical clinic group that is 50% owned by HSHS and 50% owned by the physician owners of the medical group.

Prevea partners with the HSHS hospitals in both Eastern and Western Wisconsin to provide clinical care. Prevea Health is affiliated with Des Moines University, the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Alverno College, Concordia University Wisconsin, Bellin College, and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
