Who was Judge Laurence Gram? Judge that sentenced Jeffery Dahmer

Judge Laurence C. Gram Jr., is the judge at the court, who sentenced Jeffrey Dahmer to 15 life sentences, however, he used an old analogy in describing the Milwaukee killer.

The judge, Laurence stated this; “This is the kid who got his hand caught in the cookie jar,” He said while relaxing in his Seminole condominium. “Now not everyone kills when they get their hand caught in the cookie jar. But in Jeffrey Dahmer’s case, he found out that, that was the easy way out. And so he killed.”

The judge went further by explaining that Dahmer was gay, and wasn’t comfortable with his sexuality, despite having so many relationships, Dahmer didn’t want his lovers telling anyone or spreading the word that he is gay.
