Why are Below Deck fans calling Captain Sandy “toxic” for her behavior towards Fraser and Alissa?

Episode 12 of Beneath Deck season 10 circulated on Monday, including Commander Sandy Yawn hammering Fraser Olender and Alissa Humber.
