BBC One’s New Tricks is among one of the most popular and enduring crime drama series aired on the channel of which Dennis Waterman happened to be part of the character. In fact, Nigel McCrery and Roy Mitchell were the brains behind New Tricks on BBC One’s New Tricks.

‘We sincerely thank Dennis Waterman for his immense contribution to his role within the 12 seasons of the series through hard work and dedication ”. They acknowledged.

“Viewers won’t be saying goodbye to Dennis until Autumn 2015, so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the slightly unorthodox antics of his character Gerry Standing on screens.” the producers assured.
