Since then, Mr Musk has changed his mind and adopted a different perspective. He continued by criticizing Twitter’s top executives after that.

He started sending out derogatory tweets to the corporation’s board of directors members.

Why did Elon Musk terminate Twitter deal?

Additionally, on Friday, Mr. Musk made an attempt to completely withdraw from the deal. Mr. Musk stated his desire to terminate the Twitter partnership in a regulatory document that was produced by his attorneys.

The filing was in response to an ongoing argument about the number of spam accounts that exist on the network.

He asserted that Twitter had failed to disclose the information that was essential to compute the number of those accounts, which the business has stated is less than 5 per cent, and that the firm had given the impression of making incorrect representations.
