Why does Travis Barker have so many tattoos?
Travis Barker’s love of tattoos and ink persisted throughout his adult life after he became a drummer for the rock band Blink-182 at the age of eighteen.
Although he developed a love for tattoos at a young age, he has been inking his body ever since. When he was just ten or eleven years old, he used a razor blade to tattoo the name of his sweetheart.
The drummer’s skin is painted with pictures of his family members, inspirational sayings, and even his fiance Kourtney Kardashian’s lips.
He stated, “They’re all recollections… They’re all events I went through,” in his biography Can I Say from 2015. In an interview with GQ, his son said that Travis may have 103 tattoos on his body. In addition, the drummer had to hide tattoos because of skin grafts and burns.
