Archie Battersbee is a 12-year-old boy from Southend. His mother is called Hollie Dance and his father is called Paul Battersbee. This family has been in the news for the past few months following a tragedy that has befallen their son Archie. On 7th April 2022,the unfortunate incident occurred and since then, this family has been in the news. Their son has since been unconscious after the incident. Presently, his parents are going back and forth with the court after a high court rules that, the life support being given Archie should stop. The ruling followed a report from the doctors in charge of the case who have indicated that, the level of damage recorded per the test results shows that the chances of survival are very slim. However, Paul and his wife Hollie Dance have been in disagreement with the ruling.
