Will Smith Predicted Losing His Career During Ayahuasca Hallucination Before Oscars Slap

Will Smith feared his livelihood quite a while before his now-famous Oscars slap. The 53-year-old performer plunked down for a gathering with David Letterman on Netflix’s My Next Visitor Needs No Presentation, and worried about losing his calling and fortune while staggering on ayahuasca, a psychoactive local beverage with hallucinogenic properties.

During the episode, which was shot quite a while before Smith slapped Chris Rock on the Oscars stage for making fun of his life partner, Jada Pinkett Smith’s, hair, Smith yielded he was from the outset “frightened” to drink ayahuasca, yet finally “finished up it was something that I expected to endeavor.”

The vision of sorts took a turn when he heard his young lady, 21-year-old Willow, hollering, “Daddy, help me! Daddy! Why you could help me?”

“I’m as, ‘I don’t see you, kid.’ The shaman is like, ‘Loosen up, loosen up, loosen up.’ And she tells me, ‘Sit up,’” Smith recalled. “Then, continuously I quit regularly considering my money, I just had to get to Willow.”

As Smith had the choice to calm himself down, he said, “I quit regularly pondering my home. I quit routinely considering my occupation. I arrive where I settled down, and the voice is right now at 100 percent, I really hear Willow yelling, my money is at this point taking off, yet I’m [taking significant breaths] and I’m totally peaceful, notwithstanding the way that there’s perdition happening to me.”

Right when his journey got done, Smith said it left him with a marked affirmation.

“I comprehended that whatever happens in my life, I can manage it. I can manage any singular I lose. I can manage whatever ends up being awful in my life. I can manage anything in my marriage.
