William Robert Jolyon Turnbull was a British journalist and radio host who spent many years working for the BBC before moving on to show for Classic FM.

Sadly, he passed away on August 31, 2022. He was born on January 25, 1956. Age 66 saw his death from prostate cancer. In addition to the devotional program Songs of Praise and the quiz show Think Tank, he served as the primary male presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2001 to 2016. Bill Turnbull, a beloved broadcaster, passed away at age 66 from prostate cancer.

The Classic FM host and former BBC Breakfast host was given the diagnosis in 2017 and took a leave of absence from his radio program in October 2021 for health-related reasons.
