According to the reports William Balfour was arrested right away at the time he committed the Killings.
William Balfour is a Chicago Illinois native of the United States who was born on May 5, 1981, and is known to be 41 years old.
William after being arrested has been served with a court hearing where he is supposed to speak in public for the first time to the ABC7 I Team.
According to him, he claimed he didn’t have anything to do with the case…
“I didn’t have nothing to do with the case and don’t know who had anything to do with the case,” he stated.
On October 24, 2008, a jury discovered that Balfour was responsible for shooting Hudson’s mother and brother in their home in Englewood as well as abducting her seven-year-old nephew in a rage.
He was said to have been found shot to death in a stolen SUV. The police said they found the keys in his pocket at the time.
