He was born Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy was born on January 23, 1998, in Plantation, Florida to Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy and Cleopatra Erethra Dreena Bernard. Onfroy schooled at Margate Middle School, where he was later dismissed.
He learned how to play the piano and guitar when he was at the Sheridan House Family Ministries. He later stopped schooling in tenth grade at Piper High School.
The rapper started writing music when he came out of a juvenile detention centre and began his career on Sound Cloud in 2013. Onfroy stated on his Instagram he was starting school at a community college to obtain his GED.
He was confronted with a lot of legal problems throughout his lifetime.
Onfroy started dating Geneva Ayala in 2014. He later met Jenesis Sanchez and they began dating on New Year’s Eve 2017. They had a son who was born on Jan 26, 2019.

XXX Tentacion, on June 18 2018, was shot with numerous gunshot injuries to the neck close to a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was 20 years at the time of death.
The assailants left the scene in an SUV after snatching a Louis Vuitton bag with $50,000 from him, paramedics got there and transported him to the Broward Health North hospital close by in Deerfield Beach where he was later declared dead.
The police arrested and charged 4 suspects with first-degree murder and other charges.He was laid to rest at Gardens of Boca Raton Memorial Park.
