Cephas Agbebianu Anani is a 27 year old fridge repairer apprentice jailed five years for blackmailing a female teacher after threatening to post her nude videos and pictures on social media
The case was presided over by justice Eric Baah in the Ho high court, Cephas was found guilty on three counts of extortion, defrauding by self pretence and publication of obscene materials.
Anani used to reside at Gbi-kledjo, near Ho in the Volta Region used the photo of prince william of united kingdom as his profile picture on facebook between December 2018 and January 2019 to have online conversation with the victim
Anani started blackmailing his victim through his WhatsApp account, saying she should pay Ghc2000 or must give him sex ten times, if not he will publish the nudes.
- However the victim only paid Ghc100 to him to book a hotel room where he could have sex with her. But unfortunately for Anani the victim reported him to the Hohoe police and straight away went to the hotel to apprehend Anani….
