Boris Pahor (August 26, 1913 – May 30, 2022) was a Slovenian novelist who lived in Italy and was well-known globally.

He was a survivor of Nazi Germany’s attempt to eliminate the Jews in Europe before and during World War II, as well as a notable member of the Slovene ethnic minority who was afflicted by Fascist Italianization.

Pahor was married to Radoslava Preml, a translator. She was born on September 22, 1921, in Podnanos, Slovenia, and died on June 25, 2009, in Trieste, Italy.

Pahor was married to Premrl till her death in 2009.

When Premrl died, she was 87 years old.

Boris Pahor is survived by his two children, Adrijan Pahor, a teacher, and Maja Pahor, a Slovene volleyball player, both of whom were born in 1956.

Mimica Pahor, Marica Pahor, and Evelina Pahor were the three siblings of the late Boris Pahor. Evelina Pahor has arrived late.

She died on March 17, 1994, after being born in September 1916.

She used to work as a publicist.
