Flowers was selected to the first team All-MIAA as a defensive back and the second team as a kick returner last fall. Flowers led the team with four interceptions and twenty-one tackles.
Additionally, Dallis Flowers scored twice on kickoff returns for the Gorillas, and his average kickoff return for Pitt State was 33.7 yards, smashing the previous record held by former PSU All-American John Brown.
After playing for the Grand View Vikings in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was a two-time NAIA All-American, Dallis Flowers completed his collegiate career at Pitt State.
