Saville, who goes by the nickname Dasha, has won four singles titles and two doubles win on the ITF Circuit in addition to one singles title and three doubles titles on the WTA Tour.

Saville was a skilled young athlete who won the 2010 Youth Olympic Games and the 2010 US Open. In August 2010, he also attained a combined junior career-high ranking of No. 1 in the world.

Saville has won matches in her career against top-10 players at the time, including Petra Kvitova three times, Maria Sharapova, Ana Ivanovic, and Angelique Kerber (whom she defeated for the first time in her career).
