“A delegation from Singapore, led by her Senior Minister, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, on Wednesday, 6th November, paid a working visit to the Economic Management Team of Ghana in Accra.
We had fruitful discussions centred on areas such as digital and smart economy. Both countries also shared development experiences and discussed the prospects of leveraging on technology for development.
Mr. Shanmugaratnam commended the efforts of Ghana particularly in the area of mobile interoperability and the scale of Ghana’s technological innovations in the Sub-region.
I reaffirmed the government’s decision to deepen our longstanding and bilateral relations with Singapore”.
