New Delhi, Sep 25 (IANS) A 12-year-old kid was supposedly whipped and assaulted by four people in the Seelampur region of the public capital, Delhi Commission for Ladies (DCW) director Swati Maliwal informed through the web-based entertainment on Sunday.
“In Delhi, not even young men are protected. A 12-year-old kid was fiercely assaulted by four individuals and left in a half-dead condition subsequent to being beaten with sticks,” Maliwal composed on Twitter.
She further said the DCW group has enlisted a FIR regarding this situation.
Of the four blamed people, Maliwal said that the police have captured one individual while three are currently at large.
In a notification gave to the Delhi Police, Maliwal said the complainant has presented that their youngster was assaulted on September 18 by 4 men who even “embedded a bar” in his reproductive organs.
“They likewise beat him severely with sticks and poles. The kid illuminated his folks about the awful experience on September 22,” the DCW boss said.
Maliwal said that the kid has been confessed to a medical clinic in exceptionally basic condition.
The DCW boss requested an itemized move report initiated by the Delhi police alongside the duplicate of FIR by September 28.
