San Juan, Sep 20 (IANS) Quite a bit of Puerto Rico is still without following the appearance of the strong storm Fiona in the US region.

More than 1.3 million clients in Puerto Rico stayed without power on Monday daily after the tropical storm made landfall, as per poweroutage.us, a site that gathers, records, and totals live blackout information from utilities all around the US.

In the mean time a power utility has recharged a few circuits after a vast power outage brought about by the tropical storm, reports xinhua news organization.
