In April 2014, authorities arrested Jennifer Fitcher for child sex charges. Her story was one of the four cases on Investigation Discovery’s ‘Chaos in Court: Repeat Offender’.

In the episode, viewers learned that one of the student’s mothers confronted Jennifer. This led to her confession, and she was sent to prison.

The Polk Country’s Sherrif’s office reported that she supposedly carried a love affair with a 17-years old. She had a four-month sexual relationship with a 17-year-old boy at Central Florida Aerospace Academy.

There are no reports of Jennifer Fitcher having a husband. Before the incident came to light, she worked as an English teacher at the Center Florida Aerospace Academy.

Fitcher was born on December 8, 1984. She graduated from Paxon School for Advanced Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. Later on, Fitcher attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in English.

She first got her instructional teaching position at Robins wood Middle School in Orange Country, Florida from 2007 to 2008.

When the authorities started digging into her history, they found a pattern of allegations against her. She had to quit the school in Orlando after being accused of inappropriate contact with an eighth-grader.

Where Is Jennifer Fitcher Now?

Jennifer Fitcher is currently in prison after her arrest for having sex with a student. She will be eligible for the release in 2034.

According to the prison records, Jennifer remains incarcerated at the Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, Florida. In November 2016, the judge turned down her appeal for a lighter sentence.

At the time, she has claimed she has dealt with low self-esteem and depression which contributed to her choice.

However, after her sentence, she did receive supporters across Europe saying she didn’t deserve such a lengthy sentence. During her sentencing apologized for the choices she made.

How Did Jennifer Fitcher Got Caught?

The mother of a 17-years old male student found an inappropriate message on his phone from Jennifer Fitcher. The teenager’s mother confronted Jennifer about it on the phone.

During the conversation, she admitted to having sex with the teenager several times. She also mentioned having sex with him around 20-30 times. Moreover, the teacher also confessed to having an abortion once.

Jennifer later told she loved the kid and didn’t regret what happened with him. Later on, the authorities found two other victims from the school that Jennifer had sex with.

She used to meet the students at her apartment and other locations for sex. As per the prosecution, she lied to the parents and even asked the students to lie for her.
