Kayla Banwarth played professional volleyball for the Nebraska volleyball team and Team USA, playing the position of libero. Banwarth is currently the head coach for the Ole Miss Women’s volleyball team at the University of Mississippi. Banwarth played volleyball in high school for Wahlert Catholic High School.
During Kayla Banwarth’s playing days, she won the gold medal with Team USA during the World Championship in 2014. Banwarth also won bronze at the World Cup and Rio Olympic Games in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
