Gena recently made a public revelation informing her fans and followers that she had AIDS, a condition caused by untreated long-term HIV infection that was discovered by doctors when she was rushed to the hospital for an illness.
Fans are now concerned that she may have also infected well-known American rapper Nick Cannon with the AIDS virus. The two made headlines for their once-private romance.
