Is Adidas a woke company?

Yes, Adolf Dassler founded the business in his mother’s home, and in 1924, his older brother Rudolf joined him.

The business was then known as Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik (“Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory”).

Dassler contributed to the creation of spiked running shoes (spikes) for several sports.

He changed from a prior model of heavy metal spikes to one that used canvas and rubber in order to improve the quality of spiked athletic footwear.

At the 1936 Summer Olympics, Dassler convinced American sprinter Jesse Owens to utilize his hand-made spikes.

After the brothers’ relationship broke down in 1949, Adolf founded Adidas, and Rudolf founded Puma, which became an economic adversary of Adidas.
