Eric Greitens was born on April 10, 1974, in St Louis, Missouri, United States. He is an American politician, author and former Navy SEAL who was the 56th governor of Missouri from January 2017 until his resignation in June 2018 amid allegations of sexual assault and campaign finance impropriety.
Greitens graduated from Duke University in 1996 and received a doctorate from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, as a Rhodes scholar in 2000.
