A 28-year-old Ghanaian man, Patrick Yeboah, who was ignored after a billboard fell on him in 2016 has died.

The sad incident that changed the life of the young man happened on April 28, 2016.

It was about 12 pm on that fateful day when the incident happened. Patrick was standing at the Bus stop around the Palace mall at Spintex where he usually picks vehicle to work, when the billboard allegedly belonging to Medex Media Company fell on him.

Facebook user Isaac Kyei Andoh who is a close friend of his announced his passing away via a Facebook post.

Isaac revealed that Medex Media refused to take responsibility for the harm caused by the falling of their billboard on the vibrant young man who had his entire future ahead of him.

He also disclosed that “the companies involved compiscously went for the broken billboard, repaired it and refixed and what many felt was an attempt to bury the evidence. The human who was prominently broken, they valued not enough.”

Patrick Yeboah’s quest to get justice was massively hit when Lawyer Francis Sosu was suspended for 3 years by the general legal counsel. Apparently, this lawyer had promised to help them get justice but his suspension caused his hands to get tied from doing the necessary things.

Patrick who was a level 200 student of Zenith University College whose ambitions was to become a renowned marketer has never had a better life after this incident.

It’s however sad that he has kicked the bucket. May his soul rest in perfect peace!!!
