According to a report by the Daily Graphic(graphic.com), the government has plans to extend the utility freebies by three more months making a total of six months.
“Utility consumers are to enjoy free water and electricity supplies for the next three months”, graphic online reported.
The platform which is one of the most trusted news outlets stated that, the measure will be announced by the finance minister in his mid-year budget review.
They further added that, the said extension will see the entire populace enjoying free water whilst the free electricity will only cover lifeline consumers.
