Bobby Petrino is undoubtedly one of the most successful and hardworking coaches to have graced American football and that’s a statement of fact with an enviable track record. Bobby was born on the 10th of March 1961 in Lewistown, Montana and had his upbringing in Helena. He was said to have always had a calming but tough personality during his high school days in Capital High, graduating in 1979 and marching on to Carroll college where he studied and graduated with a math minor and physical education four years later (1983).

After a couple of stints here and there as a player, his major National Football League (NFL) appointment as a coach came in 2003 when he was made head coach of Louisville and made a fine job at building the team into a powerhouse in the league.
