Since coming onto the scene as a player and later as a head coach, Bobby Petrino’s contribution to the success of his teams is one no amount of words can honestly do no justice to and his work-ethic coupled with his dedication marks him out as a winner and a unique winner. On the 10th of March 1961 in Lewistown, Bobby Petrino was born and grew up as a young man in Helena. During his time at Capital High where he graduated in 1979, he was a top competitor and very active in physical education after which he was enrolled at Carroll college where he studied math minor and physical education for four years later before graduating in 1983. He played as a quarterback during his playing days and was an exceptional footballer before going into coaching.
