Rapper and Singer Ayesem speaking in an interview with ABN CHEERS FM in Takoradi on Saturday said that he’s the modern-day C.K. Mann, A.B. Crentsil, Paapa Yankson and Gyedu-Blay Ambolley.

This was in response to a question asked by the host Cityzen Kwadwo Jr. about his lyrical dexterity and source of inspiration.

According to him, growing up, he never got the chance to rehearse at home due to his parents’ strong religious background and perception about rap music so it was always gospel music or highlife at the house and rehearsals in the studios.

He also made a humble plea to other artists and media personalities to support the up-and-coming artists in western region because it’s a region of raw talent.
