Ime Udoka is a well-known Nigerian-American former professional basketball player and a current assistant coach for the National Basketball Association (NBA) team known as San Antonio Spurs. Ime Udoka is as well identified as the fiancé of the well-known actress Nia Lon. Nia is best known for her amazing performances in the film titled ‘The Best Man’ and also her appearances on the television series titled ‘Third Watch’. Udoka has previously played for the Spurs for a period of three seasons where he played as a small forward. Ime Udoka being Nigerian has also played on the international scene for the Nigerian basketball team. Ime helped the Nigerian National Basketball team to win bronze medals at the 2005 and 2011 FIBA Africa Championships which were held in Algeria and Madagascar, respectively. When Udoka was a player, he was honoured with the ‘Jason Collier Sportsmanship Award’ in 2006.
