The Anderson couple, Jesse and Barbara spent April 21, 1992, at a movie and T.G.I. Friday’s outside the Northridge Mall in northwest Milwaukee. Following supper, Jesse stabbed Barbara five times in the face and head before stabbing himself four times in the chest, but the majority of his wounds were superficial. Two days later, Barbara passed away from her injuries after falling into a coma.
Knowing what he did wasn’t right and lawful, Anderson claimed that his wife and he were attacked by two black males. He showed the cops a Los Angeles Clippers basketball cap that he said one of the attackers’ heads had been knocked off.
