He has seventeen other siblings including half siblings from his father.
Rolly Quizon was an actor and a dancer. He rose to stardom when played the role as Rolly Puruntong in John en Marsha, a Filipino television sitcom. He starred in a number of movies with his father.
In 1977, he won the Best Actor award in Metro Manilla Film Festival and got nominated for Best Supporting Actor during the Gaward Irish Award in 1978 but could not win.
