This California native was born on August 9, 1944. He attended Clark College, where he started performing. He made his first television appearance in Judd for the Defense in 1969. From 1970 to 1971, he featured in the hit series Mission: Impossible. He went on to star alongside some of Hollywood’s greatest like Farrah Fawcett, Tom Selleck, Robert Redford and Cher.
In 2018, he was nominated for the first time for Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the movie A Star Is Born, starring alongside Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.
Elliott is known for his deep and resonant voice which makes him a favorite on ads like team introductions to Super Bowl XLV and he voiced Joe Biden’s “Go From There” campaign ad in 2020.
