He played from 1989 until 1993 with Blackpool, where he started his career. At 16 years, 5 months, he broke Colin Greenall’s previous record for the club’s youngest player when he made his Blackpool debut on August 19, 1989. Matty Kay beat Sinclair’s record in November 2005.
Trevor Sinclair was a winger who most notably played for Queens Park Rangers, West Ham United, and Manchester City in the Premier League. He retired in 2008 after playing for Cardiff City and Blackpool in the Football League.
