Nigerian Author, Reno Omokri, has observed that prayers can never ever make a country successful.
He noted that from his observations, hard and smart work, not prayer are the secret to a country’s success.
Revealing this on Twitter, he wrote:
“Japan is proof that success does not come from prayers. If a country deserves to be poor, that nation is Japan. The smallest African nation has more resources than them. Japan is a successful nation because of hard and smart work, not prayer!”
And indeed, Africa has all the resources and billions of churches.
However, we’re the least developed across the world. Religion has by far blocked our heads of any bit of creativity that can help us as a country.
