Keith met Mick Jones in 1976, and the two formed The Clash. Later, they persuaded singer Joe Strummer to join them.
The legendary musician was dissatisfied with the band’s musical abilities and left the band in 1977 when his debut album was released. Keith later co-founded Public Image Ltd with singer John Lydon.
However, Keith left the band once more due to creative differences on the group’s album, This Is What You Want, This Is What You Get. Since then, Keith has been releasing his own tracks under his own label.
