Lucie Hradecká, a former top 5 doubles player, is a Czech professional tennis player born on May 21, 1985. Along with fellow countrywoman Andrea Hlaváková, she has won three Grand Slam tournaments: the 2011 French Open, the 2013 US Open, and the 2013 French Open in mixed doubles with Frantisek Cermak. Hradecká also finished second in the women’s doubles division at the 2016 and 2017 Australian Opens, as well as the mixed division at the 2013 and 2015 French Opens.
Hradecká reached seven tour-level finals in singles and peaked at No. 41 in the world in June 2011. Her best major performance came in 2015 when she advanced to the third round of the Australian Open by defeating former world No. 1, Ana Ivanovic. Hradecká has also won two Olympic medals: bronze in the mixed doubles with Radek Tpánek in 2016 and silver in the women’s doubles with partner Hlaváková in 2012.
