Benefits of Award
You will participate actively in every aspect of client engagement while working in teams of three to five consultants on average. This includes obtaining and evaluating data, creating and evaluating theories, and creating and disseminating suggestions. Along with putting recommendations into practice, you’ll get to work with the client team to present results to management.
In addition to regular coaching and mentoring from team members, Junior Associates receive outstanding training. This assistance consists of up to five weeks of formal training during your initial years, as well as a Partner allocated to you from your local office or practice to help steer your career.
As they advance with McKinsey, all consultants get specialized knowledge and a focused program, but most start with a fairly broad emphasis, meaning they don’t need to have particular industry or functional expertise to succeed.
