He was born on 26th March 1940 and died on 20th June 2022.
Peter played a very vital role in the peace process of Bougainville. He was even present in person at the time the region signed its first ever peace agreement.
Peter was born in Sydney and he attended Newington College from 1952 to 1955. Peter later trained as a pilot and flew a while for Qantas.
He was a very generous man who helped lots of people who had issues in Mandang.
In 1980 he established the Melanesian Foundation. This Foundation invests in remote communities in Mandang.
