Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transport Company BOST, Alfred Obeng Boateng has been sacked.

Our trusted sources inside government confirmed this news to us about an hour ago with an official letter.

We were however holding on for more confirmation as an earlier resignation letter that came from him was proven to be forged.

We have now confirmed it to be true.

One Mr George Mensah Okley has been tasked by the President to take over the management of the company.

The president did not state reasons for the sack.

But Ghanaians who are familiar with the affairs of BOST under Mr Obeng are not surprised.
