New Delhi, Sep 23 (IANS) In the midst of the discussion on working two jobs by tech representatives who are telecommuting after over two years of the pandemic, a Microsoft report has uncovered that 85% of business pioneers say that the shift to half breed work has made it trying to have certainty that representatives are being useful.

As certain associations use innovation to follow action instead of effect, representatives need setting on how and why they’re being followed, which can subvert trust and lead to “efficiency theater”.
