Wendy Shay is a Ghanaian songstress signed under Rufftown records with Bullet as her manager.

She mostly claims the title as the Queen of Ghana music in just three years of being in the music industry with few hit songs.

Ghana Beyonce, as she sometimes calls herself, stuns out at a birthday party looking gorgeous.
