McMullen is born in Pineville, Kentucky, U.S. in the year 1961 and had his education from the University of Kentucky(BCMS). Rodney’s family is known to have been owning a farm and was the very first person who was able to go to college to receive formal education.
McMullen graduated with a bachelor’s and also a master’s degree in accounting and he acquired all at the same university.
