In 1959, Sepp Blatter attended school in Saint Maurice, before getting a degree in business and economics from the University of Lausanne. Blatter has had a varied long career, including posts such as head of public relations for the tourist board of his native canton. Sepp Blatter was the general secretary of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation.
In the 1972 and 1976 Olympic Games, Blatter was Director of Sports Timing and Relations of Longines S.A and was involved in the organization. Sepp Blatter has been the eighth President of FIFA.
