Borgelin’s professional football career began as an amateur player for USL Championship side Bethlehem Steel FC for the 2019 season. Prior to this, he had been a member of the prestigious Philadelphia Union academy since 2017, developing his abilities in preparation for the trials that were ahead.
Borgelin advanced his career by signing with Inter Miami CF II in February 2022, continuing his progress and development in the sport. His dedication and hard work on the pitch resulted in a huge milestone in his career when he signed a homegrown player contract with the Inter Miami CF MLS squad on February 16, 2023.
