Terry Paxton Bradshaw, a retired American football player, was born on September 2, 1948. He played quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He has been a television sports analyst and the co-host of Fox NFL Sunday since 1994.

Bradshaw is an actor and musician who has been in numerous films and television shows, most notably costarring in the film Failure to Launch. He has also recorded a number of country music albums. In 1948, Bradshaw was conceived in Shreveport, Louisiana.

His father was a native of Sparta, Tennessee named William Marvin “Bill” Bradshaw, a lay Southern Baptist who served in the US Navy from 1947 to 2014.

He once served as Shreveport’s vice president of manufacturing for the Riley Beaird Company.
