It is believed that the human brain doesn’t reason at that very low age of the girl. The sense for feeding someone is not available and even the sense for feeding herself is also not available.
In the video, the great-grandpa reclined on the bed with his meal on his lap while his great-granddaughter fed him what looked like custard.
