He sealed Swansea City’s win after scoring the goal in the 89th minute.
Ayew before the goal gave an assist which was netted by Conor Roberts after just two minutes.
The 30-year-old has been in top form for Swansea this season, netting his sixth in 15 games.
The victory sends Swansea third on the table as their quest for a return to the topflight continues.
With the goal and assist, the former West Ham star has now scored seven goals this season and created three others for teammates.
