From 1950 to 2016, he spent 67 seasons with the Los Angeles Dodgers. In the annals of professional sports, this was the longest stint for a broadcaster with a single team. Only Tommy Lasorda managed to surpass this mark by a year.
Scully broadcast the majority of Dodgers home games on SportsNet LA and KLAC radio in his final season. He is regarded as one of the best baseball broadcasters of all time, per fan rankings. Scully stepped down in 2016.
