Vodafone experiencing intermittent service disruptions which is affecting voice and data usage

Vodafone Ghana has announced via their social media handles that they’re experiencing some technical issues which is affecting voice and data usage and that their technicians are working seriously to restore services back to normalcy.

One of their statements read:

Dear Customer, we are experiencing intermittent service disruptions that is impacting your ability to make calls and browse. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will keep you informed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

They followed up with a second statement which also reads:

‘Dear customer, please be informed that we are experiencing intermittent service disruptions which is affecting voice and data usage. Our engineers are currently working to restore services. Thank you for your patience.”

So in case you’re experiencing some service disruptions this morning, just know you’re not alone, it’ll be fixed in no time.
